We want you to be 100% satisfied with your fit, so we offer free domestic returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure your boots are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the leather outsoles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printer-less drop-off.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn items back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
